As we approach the end of a highly successful year, we want to thank each of you for trusting us with your projects and allowing us to deliver exceptional services globally. With our commitment to providing nearly 24/7 development and support across many different timezones, we strive to maintain seamless operations year-round.
However, to keep our teams energised and ready for 2025, we’ll be taking our brief year-end break in December to recharge and prepare for another productive year.
When Is This In Effect?
Our scheduled team downtime will take place over the last three weeks of December 2024.
During this period, our team will not be available for project-related requests or deliveries, and regular development and tech support will be paused. All services and full operations will resume promptly in January 2025.
What Operations & Services Are Affected?
From the final three weeks in December, please anticipate limited availability for:
- Project deliveries and new feature deployments unless have pre-scheduled by end of October.
- General maintenance tasks not covered under ongoing maintenance contracts.
- Non-critical updates or server tasks outside of emergency responses for ongoing maintenance contracts.
Active Maintenance Packages will Continue as Usual
For clients on our maintenance packages with critical server monitoring, we’ll continue to monitor and address any urgent issues that may arise. Critical incidents will always be prioritised, even during the break period.
Great News for Managed Web Hosting Clients
We are excited to announce that throughout December, we’ll be offering a complimentary server migration to powerful, upgraded servers for all our managed web hosting clients. Our team will reach out to each client individually with details and migration schedules to ensure a smooth transition.

Same as Last year, In early November this year, we’ll also be having our presence at Web Summit in Lisbon, where we hope to connect, explore, and return with fresh insights to bring into 2025. Don’t forget to say Hi if you will be around.
